Return & Refund Policy

At LURQ, we prioritize your satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us first before taking any action — we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered (no extra shipping charge)

  • Damaged or defective item (e.g., torn, misprint — no extra shipping charge)

  • Wrong size ordered, only if the product is unused and all conditions are met (return shipping cost to be borne by the customer)

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered if the size chart was provided

  • Used, washed, or worn items

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Vests (Sando) – Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons


Important Note

All return and refund requests are subject to approval by our team after inspection.
If any discrepancy is found (such as signs of use, missing packaging, or false claims), the return or refund may be rejected.


Return Conditions

To qualify for return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact

  • Return must be initiated within 3 calendar days of delivery

  • The return process must begin only after contacting us


How to Request a Return

Please contact us first before sending anything back.

Send the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once reviewed, we’ll provide return instructions.


Return Shipping

  • If it’s our error (wrong/damaged product): return shipping is free.

  • If return is for size issue: return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.


Refunds

Refunds are processed only for:

  • Damaged/defective items

  • Incorrect products delivered

  • Out-of-stock cases (store credit if preferred)

⚠️ Refunds will only be initiated after we receive the returned product and verify its condition.

Refunds will be:

  • Processed to the original payment method

  • Completed within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return

If the item is out of stock, we may issue a store credit valid for 30 days.


Exchanges

We allow size exchanges only, subject to product availability and successful return verification. Shipping costs for size exchanges are borne by the customer.
