📏 HOW THE MYSTERY BOX WORKS

1. Choose your box

Select Essential, Premium, or Ultimate according to your budget and preferred box value.

2. Choose your size

You can select your preferred size, subject to availability. However, you cannot choose the specific products you receive.

3. Let the surprise unfold

Our team will curate a selection of LURQ products based on your chosen box tier and available inventory.

4. Receive your LURQ surprise

Your box will contain products whose combined MRP value meets the advertised value of your selected tier.

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION — PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

1. PREPAID ORDERS GET PRIORITY

Prepaid orders will be prioritised over COD orders for processing and fulfillment. If you want priority processing, we recommend choosing prepaid at checkout.

2. PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

The products included in your Mystery Box depend on available inventory. We will do our best to curate a selection that delivers the advertised value and a great LURQ experience.

3. YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR SIZE, NOT YOUR PRODUCTS

You may select your preferred size, subject to availability. The specific products, styles, colours, and designs included in your box are selected by LURQ and cannot be individually chosen by the customer.

4. THE NUMBER OF PRODUCTS MAY VARY

There is no fixed number of products for each box. The quantity you receive depends on the products selected and their individual MRP values.

For example, the ₹2,499 Premium Box may contain a combination of products with a total MRP of ₹5,000. The number of products in the box may vary depending on that combination.

5. MRP VALUE AND BOX PRICE

The advertised product value represents the combined MRP of the products included in the selected Mystery Box. The box price is the amount you pay to purchase that selection.

6. EVERY BOX IS A SURPRISE

Mystery Boxes are curated to offer variety and value. Exact products and combinations are not guaranteed and may differ between orders.
